Was just able to perform a Routine Maintenance and Tune Up on a 9yr old Luxaire Gas Furnace that we put in at Bear Delaware. I noticed surface rust and a small leak coming from the flu piping. This unit has 10yr Parts and Labor so we’re coming out to replace and repair completely free. That warranty saved Terri and Robert HUNDREDS of $$ just in THIS visit! Was able to do a Routine Maintenance and Tune Up on a Miller Mobile Home Propane Furnace. Everything looked perfect other than propane pressure being a tad low. One quick adjustment got the levels to where they needed to be and that’s all that had to be done! While Doug was called here to offer an estimate for replacing HVAC due to a failed unit, he stated he could most likely fix the problem thereby removing the urgency to replace. He could have just given an estimate in hopes of making the sale, but instead solved the immediate problem with minimal cost. This level of honesty and service is going to weigh heavily in choosing a company to replace the 27 year old units in the fall.
