Just finished up a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 22 year old Trane Natural Gas Furnace. I found multiple cracks throughout the heat exchanger, some even turning into decent size holes. That is never a fun conversation to have but the safety of our customers is the most important thing to us. Thank you Gloria for allowing us in your home and trusting us with your comfort for almost 10 years now! We’ll be back out in a jiffy to get some answers and solutions for you!
