Through testing I figured out that the income and gas pressure was very low, after trying to adjust it through the regulator, I realized that they have an issue with their income and gas pressure as a whole. Just finished up doing routine maintenance and tuneups on two Goodman natural gas fired furnaces that we installed four years ago in the Middletown Delaware area. Everything was looking perfect for both units and need to know adjustment just a quick wipe down and to make sure all levels were reporting towards a health unit. On the downstairs unit, I did find a small condensate leak from the exhaust flue piping. This client purchased 10 year parts and labor warranty so this will be completely covered and at no cost to them! Will be back within a week to get that done fixed for them.

Just performed routine maintenance is in tuneups on two units for one home. One was a Goodman natural gas fire furnace that we installed last year. And one was a Bryant installed in 2008 by another company. The Goodman look perfectly fine after a quick gas pressure adjustment and good wipe down, everything was looking great. We have some airflow issues we have to resolve but that’s for another appointment. The Bryant had the wrong size capacitor, and gas pressure was super high. Just finished up the maintenance on a four-year-old Goodman natural gas furnace in the Middletown Delaware area. Just performed a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 6 year old Lennox Natural Gas Furnace in Middletown Delaware. Everything in the furnace looked perfect, a little dirty. But a quick wipe down and vacuum took care of that. I did end up smelling gas from somewhere and figured out it was coming from the gas line itself. After spraying my bubbles, I found 2 bad seals. Homeowners call their gas provider and they are in the way now. That could’ve been a terrible accident if that went unnoticed!
