Just got finish doing a double Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on 9 year old Carrier Gas Furnaces in Bear Delaware. The one in the attic had a decent amount of material that was building up on the blower fins. After approving my recommendation of pulling it out and cleaning it, that’s exactly what I did! Clean as a whistle now, still wouldn’t eat off of it. The basement one was looking perfect and didn’t need any extra work done to it. Thanks for having us and enjoy the comfortable heat!

Replacing both capacitors (one of which caused the outdoor unit to trip the breaker) and adjusting some settings on the thermostat will DRASTICALLY reduce their $600 electric bill they got last month!
