Just finished up a routine, maintenance and tuneup on a Goodman natural gas fired furnace that we installed last year and the New Castle Delaware area. After a slight adjustment of the gas pressure and a good vacuum/wipe down this unit was ready to rock. I also found a very microscopic leak coming from the exhaust flue piping that we will be back out in a few days to repair completely on us. Just performed a routine maintenance and tuneup on a two unit house. One was a heat pump and one was a natural gas, furnace, both by American standard. We installed both of these units in 2018 and they have a 10 year parts and labor warranty. We found two capacitors that needed to be replaced, completely free of charge! Just finished up a routine maintenance and tuneup on a American Standard gas furnace that we installed in 2016 in the Newcastle Delaware area. Had to replace a control board which was covered under warranty and also turn the blower speed up so I can get the temperature difference within limits. Just performed a routine, maintenance and tuneup on a 36 year old train heat pump in the New Castle, Delaware area! This unit has seen better days for sure but it’s still kicking. after pointing out that the heat strips are not working due to both limit, switches being blown and lack of routine maintenance from previous owner has clogged up coil, both capacitors on the outdoor unit need to be replaced and the fact that this unit uses are 22 as a refrigerant lead to the discussion of a new unit install. We always give the client different options for repairs but logically it does not make sense to recommend them

Just got finish doing a double Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on 9 year old Carrier Gas Furnaces in Bear Delaware. The one in the attic had a decent amount of material that was building up on the blower fins. After approving my recommendation of pulling it out and cleaning it, that’s exactly what I did! Clean as a whistle now, still wouldn’t eat off of it. The basement one was looking perfect and didn’t need any extra work done to it. Thanks for having us and enjoy the comfortable heat!

Was just able to a Routine Maintenance & Tune Up on a 8 year old Direct Comfort Heat Pump in the New Castle Delaware area. First time seeing the unit and we definitely had some very solvable issues! Replacing both capacitors (one of which caused the outdoor unit to trip the breaker) and adjusting some settings on the thermostat will DRASTICALLY reduce their $600 electric bill they got last month!
