Just performed a blower wheel cleaning and steam humidifier canister replacement on a unit that we installed 11 years ago and the Thornton Pennsylvania area. Everything went great and that blower wheel is looking immaculate! There was a loose piece of insulation that got stuck onto the fan blade and was obstructing about half of the blower itself.
